Adding NESTUM® into chapatti dough may be an unconventional move, but it really adds another lovely layer of texture and taste.

Ingredients
300 g atta (fine wholemeal) flour
80 g NESTUM® All Family Cereal Original
40 g ghee
300 ml warm water
Directions
Place atta flour and NESTUM® in a mixing bowl. Mix the ghee through the flour with your fingertips until finely distributed before adding the water to form a firm, but slightly sticky dough.
Cover dough with a clean, damp towel and set aside 5 - 10 minutes before kneading lightly on a floured worktop - until dough is smooth. Shape dough into a thick roll and divide into 10 roughly-equal pieces.
Shape each piece into a ball and roll out thinly into a circle on a lightly-floured surface. Cook chapatti on a hot griddle or frying pan for about 2 minutes per side.
Transfer cooked chapatti onto a cloth-lined plate, stacking them on top of each other as you make them. Cover with another cloth to keep them warm. Best served warm, accompanied with your favourite curry.
