Ingredients A

  • 500g Cream cheese
  • 240g Caster sugar
  • 150ml Low fat milk

Ingredients B

  • 30ml Low fat milk
  • 18 Cream Crackers (square)
  • 2 fingers KITKAT® (6 units), finely chopped
  • 30g NESTUM

Garnish

  • Strawberry
  • Blueberry
  • Mint Leave

Directions

  1. Toast NESTUM over low to medium heat for 5 minutes until fragrant and golden brown. Set aside to cool.
  2. Whisk Ingredients A until thick & creamy.
  3. Dip crackers in low fat milk and arrange in a single layer in 7" square pan.
  4. Top with a layer of finely chopped KITKAT®.
  5. Pour in some cream cheese mixture followed by a layer of toasted NESTUM.
  6. Repeat steps 3-6 to form total 2 layers.
  7. Chill in fridge for at least 4 hours until cream cheese is set.
  8. Garnish the top with strawberries, blueberries and mint leaves.
