Fillings A

  • 250g Potato, peeled
  • 8 Dried tofu
  • 100g Ground chicken

Fillings B

  • 3 Chili (deseed, finely diced)
  • 20g NESTUM
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground white pepper
  • 1 stalk Coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Crispy fried shallot

Coating

  • 50g NESTUM
  • 240g Flour
  • 1 Egg, beaten

Garnish

  • NESTUM
  • Crispy fried shallot
  • Chili

Directions

  1. Cut potatoes and boil for 15-20 minutes. Drain well and set aside.
  2. Mash the potatoes while it is warm. Add in fillings B and coarsely mix well.
  3. Fry the minced chicken until cooked and mix well with the mashed potato.
  4. Cut the top part of dried tofu and stuff it with filling. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  5. Coat tofu begedil in beaten egg mixture followed by flour batter, then egg mixture again with NESTUM as last coating.
  6. Deep fry begedil until golden brown and garnish before serving.
