  • 4 pcs Drumstick
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 50g NESTUM
  • 1 Egg

Ingredients B

  • 2 Medium size red onion
  • 20 Dried chilies, soaked
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 40g Ginger
  • 25g Galangal, lengkuas
  • 5 Lemon grass
  • 30ml Water

Ingredients C

  • 2-3 Star anise
  • 4 Cloves
  • 3 inch Cinnamon
  • 3 Cardamom

Ingredients D

  • 1 can Tomato soup
  • 250g Yogurt
  • ½ tbsp Salt
  • ½ tbsp Pepper

Garnish

  • Fresh red chili
  • Onion ring
  • Coriander
  • NESTUM, toasted

Directions

  1. Seasoned chicken with pepper and salt.
  2. Combine NESTUM, flour and egg to form a sticky batter. Add in the seasoned chicken.
  3. Deep fry chicken until golden color. Set aside.
  4. Blend ingredients B into a fine paste.
  5. Heat up the wok. Sauté ingredients C spices until fragrant.
  6. Add in blended paste and simmer until it is thoroughly cooked, fragrant and the oil separates from paste (pecah minyak).
  7. Add in ingredients D and chicken pieces.
  8. Mix well and simmer until the sauce thickened.
  9. Garnish before serving.
