  • 50 mililiter (ml) Evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 4 tablespoons MILO Powder
  • 2 slices Bread
  • 1/2 teaspoon (tsp) Vanilla Essence
  • Caster Sugar, optional
  • 1 Egg, wll beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon (tsp) Vanilla essence

Directions

  1. Heat milk and whisk in MILO Powder. Remove from heat and whisk in beaten egg.
  2. Trim crust of bread slices, then cut each slice into triangles.
  3. Dip bread into MILO mixture and shallow fry in hot oil until cooked.
  4. Remove from heat and sprinkle cater sugar.
  5. Serve hot.
