2 teaspoons Cooking Oil
4 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
4cm Ginger, thinly sliced
4 sprigs Curry leaves
5 nos Dried chili
1 Onion,thinly sliced

500g Fish head or fish cutlets
100g plain yogurt
1 sachet Fish curry powder
2 cups Water
2 teaspoons MAGGI® CukupRasa
3 nos Brinjal, cut into wedges
3 nos Green chili
1 Tomato, cut into wedges
Directions
Heat oil and stir fry ingredients A until lightly brown. Stir in fish curry powder and fry until aromatic.
Add in water and bring to boil; reduce heat.
Add fish pieces, brinjal, lady's fingers and long beans. Cook until fish and vegetables are cooked.
Add in green chillies, tomatoes, plain yogurt and MAGGI® CukupRasa. Cook for another 2 minutes and remove from heat.
