Cream butter until smooth and gradually add in sifted flour and EVERYDAY milk powder. Mix and knead softly to form a dough. Set aside to rest for 15 mins.
Mix NESTUM and sugar together for the filling.
Divide the dough into 30 pieces (14g per piece)
Roll into an oval and press in the middle to form a hole. Spoon 2/3 tsp of filling into the cavity and seal the sides.
Use a tweezer/ fork to pinch patterns on the top and sides. Repeat until finished.
Bake in an air fryer at 160°C for 15 mins-18 mins. Remove and let cool.
Dust with sifted icing sugar and EVERYDAY milk powder. Store in airtight container.
