Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon
  • 5 shallots, finely grounded
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely grounded
  • 2 red chillies, finely grounded
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, finely grounded
  • 1 inch galangal, finely grounded
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 packets MAGGI 2-Minute Curry
  • 2 pieces kaffir lime leaves
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons EVERYDAY Milk Powder
  • 3 fried tofu, cut into smaller pieces

Side ingredients:

  • 1 piece chicken, boiled and shredded
  • 4 pak choy, blanched
  • 2 boiled eggs, cut in half
  • 4 kasturi limes, cut in half
  • 1 cup bean sprouts, blanched

Directions

  1. Heat cooking oil, then fry onion, garlic, red chili, lemongrass and finely ground galangal with water until dry.
  2. Add MAGGI Curry seasoning and kaffir lime leaves. Fry until fragrant.
  3. Mix Everyday Milk Powder with 1 cup of water. Add water and milk mixture. Simmer for a while.
  4. Add fried tofu, simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Boil MAGGI noodles. To serve, place MAGGI noodles on a plate. Pour the sauce and put the side ingredients.
