Heat oil in a deep pan and sauté onion. Once fragrant and translucent, pour in the water and bring to a light simmer.
Add in cheese slices and parmesan cheese into the pan and stir until it melts through.
Season with salt, pepper and MAGGI chicken stock seasoning.
Then, toss in cooked macaroni and cook for 1 minute. Thicken with roux to desired consistency and remove from heat. Add in the EVERYDAY milk powder and mix well.
Garnish with chopped parsley, vegetables of choice (e.g. carrot cubes and green peas) & serve hot.
