Ingredients

  • 70 g Shallots
  • 1 big Red onion
  • 2 stalk Lemongrass
  • 10 pc Dried red chillies (soak in hot water for 10 minutes)
  • 10 g Galangal
  • 3 Candle nuts
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • 450 g Chicken thigh, chopped
  • 60 ml Water
  • 2 pc Lime leaves
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 70 ml Coconut milk
  • 20 g NESTUM® All Family Cereal Original

Preparation

  1. Blend shallots, red onion, lemongrass, dried red chilies, galangal, candle nuts and oil till a fine paste. Set aside.
  2. Heat up a pot and sauté blended ingredients till fragrant. Next add in chicken meat and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add in water, lime leaves, sugar, salt, lime juice and coconut milk. Stir in Nestum and simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat or until the chicken is cooked.
  4. Serve warm.
