Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken breast meat, cleaned and diced
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil

A: blended with 100ml water

  • 7 nos Shallots
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 3 cm Ginger
  • 3 cm Turmeric
  • 2 cm Galangal
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass

B:

  • 4 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 pc Dried chillies, blended dry till fine
  • ½ tbsp Coriander powder
  • ½ tbsp Fennel seed powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix Ingredients A well.
  2. Add Ingredients B and mix evenly.
  3. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. In a pot, heat oil and fry chicken till crispy.
  5. Serve hot.

Kitchen Tip: When blending, blend larger ingredients like onions first to prevent the blender from getting stuck.
