In general, products are made using a ‘mix & form’ technology. All ingredients are mixed to form a matrix which is later formed into the desired shape before cooking (if required) and freezing.

Yes, all Harvest Gourmet products are Halal certified by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM).

The table below indicates the presence of garlic or onion in each Harvest Gourmet product.

Golden Crunchy Poppers, Crispy Fish-Free Fingers, Golden Crispy Nuggets, Juicy Sensational Burger, and Crispy Cutlet do not require defrosting. Stir-Fry Mince is recommended to be thawed for easy handling.

It is not recommended to refreeze Harvest Gourmet products. All Harvest Gourmet products, except Harvest Gourmet Stir Fry Mince, are recommended to be cooked from frozen. For Harvest Gourmet Stir Fry Mince, kindly consume within 48 hours after thawing.
