Ingredients

A

  • 2 stalks Coriander leaves, cut into 3 cm lengths (for garnishing)
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 150 gram (g) Pineapple, (fresh), cut into 3 x 2 x 1 cm pieces
  • 50 gram (g) Cucumber, seeds removed and cut into 3 x 1 cm lengths
  • 1 medium Tomato, cut into 8 wedges
  • 8 Tiger prawns, head trimmed and deveined
  • 3 cloves Garlic, chopped coarsely
  • 1 medium Onions, cut into 10 wedges

  • 1 Sugar (granulated)
  • 150 mililiter (ml) Water
  • 3 NESTLE Natural Set Yogurt, whisked into creamy consistency
  • 4 tablespoons MAGGI Tomato Ketchup
  • 3 MAGGI Chilli Sauce
  • To taste MAGGI CUKUPRASA

  • 1/2 teaspoon (tsp) Corn flour
  • 150 mililiter

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a wok and garlic until fragrant, add in onion and fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add in prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until prawns turn red.
  3. Add in cucumber, tomato wedges and pineapple, stir for another 1 minute.
  4. Stir in sauce mix (B) and stir briefly. Add thickening (C) and stir fry for another 1 minute.
  5. Turn off heat, garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
