Ingredients

A

  • 1/2 medium Red capsicum cut into 3x1cm pieces
  • 1 Water
  • 3 cloves Garlic, sliced thinly
  • 300 gram (g) Lean beef, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 Medium yellow capsicum cut into 3x1cm pieces
  • 1 medium Red onion (sliced vertically thinly)
  • 1/2 medium Yellow capsicum cut into 3x1cm pieces

FOR THE MARINADE

  • 1/4 MAGGI® Seasoning
  • 1/4 salt

FOR THE SAUCE (mix together in a small bowl)

  • 3 water
  • 1/2 MAGGI® Black Pepper Mix

Directions

  1. Marinate the beef strips for 30 minutes.
  2. Then heat the oil in a wok. Fry the garlic and beef strips for about 3 minutes, or until the meat turns down.
  3. Add the MAGGI® Black Pepper Mix sauce and onion slices and continue to fry until the meat is fully cooked.
  4. Throw in the capsicum and fry for another 2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of water if the sauce is too thick. Plate and serve warm with rice.
