- 50 ml Water at room temperature
- 7 scoops NUTREN Untuk Diabetik®
- 1 tablespoon Nestum®
- 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
- Put the water, formula product and Nestum® into the blender. Blend for 10 seconds.
- Put in the ice and blend for another 15 seconds. Serve chilled.
