3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener OR 4 tbsp erythritol (optional)
6 ramekins or serving glasses (6cm diameter)
Place unsweetened cocoa powder, corn flour, water, NUTREN UNTUK DIABETIK®, butter and monk fruit sweetener into THERMOMIX® mixing bowl and cook 10 min/90°C/speed 4.
Brush 6 ramekins or serving glasses (6 cm diameter) with water to lubricate the sides. Transfer pudding mixture into ramekins or serving glasses. Allow to cool for 15 minutes then cover with plastic wrap and place into refrigerator to set for a minimum 6 hours or overnight.
