Ingredients

  • 150g Low protein flour, sifted
  • 80g Butter, softened
  • 80g Icing sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 25ml Pandan juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 30g Desiccated coconut
  • 15g Palm sugar (gula melaka), grated
  • 20g NESTUM

Directions

  1. Fine blend NESTUM and toast it over low heat for 5 minutes until fragrant and golden brown. Set aside to cool.
  2. Mix butter and icing sugar until well combined.
  3. Add in egg, salt and pandan juice. Mix well.
  4. Sieve flour and add toasted NESTUM into mixture to form a dough.
  5. Fill the dough into a piping bag with desired nozzle and pipe into desired shape.
  6. Sprinkle the top with some palm sugar, desiccated coconut and NESTUM.
  7. Bake for 12-13 minutes in a preheated oven at 160℃.
