  • 400g Prawns, cleaned and deveined
  • 2 teaspoons MAGGI® CukupRasa
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • ¼ cups Corn flour
  • 200g NESTUM®
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • Corn oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Red bird’s eye chilli, sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, sliced thinly
  • 3 stalks Curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoons MAGGI® CukupRasa
  • 1 tablespoons NESTUM®

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the prawns and MAGGI® CukupRasa. Marinate for 5-10 minutes while preparing the next ingredients.
  2. Pour the flour and corn flour on the prawns and mix well. Dip the prawns into the egg and NESTUM.
  3. Heat up the oil, and fry on medium heat.
  4. In another wok, heat up the butter and stir fry the red bird’s eye chilli, garlic and curry leaves until fragrant.
  5. Pour in MAGGI® CukupRasa and the prawns. Stir for a while.
  6. Sprinkle NESTUM® and turn off the fire. Serve while hot.
