Ingredients
INGREDIENTS A
- 250g Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup Castor Sugar
- 1 nos Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
INGREDIENTS B
- 2 cups Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Corn Flour
- 1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
INGREDIENTS C
- 1 cup NESTUM®
- 1 cup Nestlé® GOLD™ Cornflakes (Grind Coarse)
- 1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 6 tbsp Corn Oil
Directions
- Mix together ingredient A in mixing bowl.
- Add in Ingredient B in the same mixing bowl & gently mix to get a dough.
- Fold in ingredient C until coated.
- Use your palms to roll into a round ball and then flatten slightly, and repeat with the rest of the dough and cereal.
- Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
- Bake at 160ºC for 25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
