Ingredients
- 350 g chicken fillets
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground white pepper
- 1 cup (60 g) NESTUM® All Family Cereal Original
- 1 egg, beaten
- ¼ cup oil for shallow frying
Directions
- Cut chicken fillets into 5 cm pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper. Spread NESTUM® on a shallow plate or tray.
- Working with a few pieces at a time, dip chicken in egg, let excess drip off and then roll in the NESTUM®, patting gently to ensure NESTUM® adheres.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat and pan fry chicken nuggets until golden brown (about 5 minutes per side).
