  • 12 Sticks Kit Kat (Chopped)
  • 20 Sticks Kit Kat (Blended)
  • 1 cup Double thick cream
  • 2 slices Bread
  • 100 ml Espresso
  • 200 g Dark Chocolate

Directions

  1. Add double thick cream and espresso in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Place 200 grams of dark chocolate in a large mixing bowl and pour in the heated coffee cream. Mix it evenly with spatula until it has a smooth creamy texture.
  3. Add chopped KIT KAT into the mixture and mix it well. Leave chocolate mixture to chill for 4 hours.
  4. Remove chocolate mixture from chiller, scoop 1 tablespoon full of chocolate mixture and roll it into small balls with your hands.
  5. Place blended KIT KAT in a large rounded edge plate and coat each chocolate balls evenly.
  6. Move coated chocolate balls to a serving plate. Ready to serve.
