Ingredients

INGREDIENTS FOR BUTTER COOKIES

  • 150g Butter (At room temperature)
  • 30g Powdered sugar
  • 125g Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

INGREDIENTS FOR KITKAT® GANACHE

  • 6 fingers KITKAT® (Finely chopped)
  • 200g Chocolate button chips
  • 3 tsp Nescafé Gold Granules (15g)

PREPARATION STEP FOR KITKAT® GANACHE

  1. Melt KITKAT® , chocolate buttons and Nescafé® Gold Granules over medium heat until a smooth texture.

PREPARATION STEPS FOR KITKAT® BUTTER COOKIES

  1. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
  2. Place butter into a bowl and mix until creamy with a hand mixer.
  3. Add in powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continue mixing for 12 minutes until mixture becomes white and creamy.
  4. Add in flour and using a spatula, mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer the batter into a piping bag.
  6. Pipe the batter on the prepared baking trays to form cookies.
  7. Bake at 160˚C for 15 minutes or until the cookie base turns brown.
  8. Dip each cookie into the ganache (warm), coating only half of the cookie.
  9. Garnish the cookies with desiccated coconut.
  10. 1Let it cool and ready to serve.
