  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Cookingo il for frying
  • Sliced tomatoes and parsley for garnishing

  1. Cut fish meat into the size of 2 fingers.
  2. Dip cut fish meat into egg and cover with ingredients A.
  3. Heat the cooking oil in a wok.
  4. Fry fish until golden brown.
  5. Garnsih with sliced tomatoes and parsley if desired.
