Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™
  • 6 tortilla wraps
  • mixed salad
  • grated mozzarella cheese

For the tangy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon MAGGI® Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Slice chicken fillets into long slices.
  2. Make a batter by stirring in flour and ½ cup water and add in MAGGI® CukupRasa™.
  3. Dip chicken slices into batter and shallow fry for 5-8 minutes.
  4. Top tortilla with chicken slices, salad, cheese and tangy sauce before rolling it into a cylinder.
  5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and enjoy!
