Ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 cups cups Self-raising flour, sifted
  • 1/4 cup Caster Sugar, Additional
  • 125 gram (g) Butter or margarine
  • 2/3 cups Roasted peanut, finely ground
  • 3 teaspoon (tsp) NESCAFÉ Classic, mixed with 2 teaspoons hot watere

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour with sugar and rub in butter until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add ground peanuts and mix well.
  2. Stir in NESCAFÉ Classic mixture and mix until dough becomes smooth.
  3. Roll 1 teaspoon of dough into a smooth ball using your palms and shape into 5 cm lengths. Later, reshape the dough into crescents.
  4. Place the shaped dough on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake in a 180°C preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove warm cookies and gently roll them in caster sugar.
