  • 4 cups Plain Yogurt
  • 1 cube MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cube

Paste

  • 3 nos Shallot
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 3 nos Candlenut
  • 10 nos Dried chilli
  • 3 nos Lemon grass
  • 2 cm Galangal
  • 2 cm Belacan
  • 1 nos Cinnamon
  • 5 nos Clove
  • 2 nos Star anise
  • 60 gram (g) Peanut
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seed
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 4 cups Water

Condiments

  • 12 nos Prawn
  • 1 no Chicken breast (shredded)
  • 500 gram (g) Mee hoon (pre-soaked and strained)

Garnishes

  • 1 no cucumber (cut to fine strip
  • 4 nos Red chilli
  • 5 nos Calamasi
  • 3 tablespoons Spring onion
  • 2 nos Cut lime (optional)

Directions

  1. Stir fry the paste ingredient until fragrant.
  2. Add in the water bring to boil then add in Plain Yogurt and MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cube.
  3. Serve with the garnish
  4. Optional to top up the sourness by adding lime.
