Gula melaka chia seeds
Serves 8 persons
- 4 tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 11⁄2 cups Nestle Bliss Original
- 1 cup Nestle Natural Set Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 3 pandan leaves
- 1 block Gula Melaka
- 1 cup water
- 6 gloves ripe jackfruit
- Mint leaves
- 2 pomegranates
Nutrition Information per serving
- Soak Chia Seeds in yogurt blended with Nestle Bliss Original and vanilla essence.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- For the Gula Melaka syrup, boil Gula Melaka in water with pandan leaves till thickened.
- Layer the expanded Chia Seeds with jackfruit and pomegranate in a glass, and garnish with mint leaves.
- Pour the Gula Melaka syrup before serving.
