Serves 8 persons

  • 2 cup of a mixture of brown rice, white and red rice; soaked in water for 30 mins and drained
  • 10 cup of water
  • 8 scoop of NUTREN® Untuk DIABETIK
  • 1 cube chicken stock
  • 2 stalk celery sliced thinly
  • 1 carrot diced into small cubes
  • 1 red capsicum cut into small cubes
  • 10 French Beans sliced thinly.
  • 10 Shitake or button mushrooms sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup dried shrimp; soaked in hot water for 10mins then drained and pounded.
  • 300 gm peeled fresh Shrimps
  • 1/2 cup freshly fried shallots or bawang goreng
  • 6 stalk Spring onions sliced
  • A handful of chopped coriander and Italian flat parsley.
  • 2 tbsp of soup curry powder
  • 1 large onion sliced thinly
  • 3 garlic, minced
  • 3 cm of ginger minced
  • 2 stalk of lemongrass, bruised
  • A few pcs of cinnamon, star anise, cardamom and cloves
  • 1/4 tbsp of Olive oil
