Nestlé Fitnesse Granola Parfait
150g of Greek Yogurt
A handful of Nestlé® FITNESSE® Granola Oats, Cranberry & Pumpkin seeds 80g Raspberries
100g Raw Beetroot
120ml Orang Juice
Fresh Raspberries and Blueberries
Recipe to be served in a jar.
In a blender, mix the peeled and chopped beetroot, with raspberries, orange juice and half a banana.
In a glass jar, pour a layer of Greek yoghurt, a layer of smoothie and a layer of Nestlé® FITNESSE® Granola Oats, Cranberry & Pumpkin seeds
Repeat the layers in the same way until the jar is full.
To finish, top it off with some fresh fruits.
Nestlé Fitnesse Granola Protein Ball
Ingredients (for 10 balls) :
150g Nestlé® Fitnesse® Granola Oats & Honey
2 tablespoons of almond purée
50g dates (remove pits)
2 teaspoons of chia seeds
1 handful of nuts (almonds, pistachios etc.)
Grated coconut (optional)
Matcha powder (optional)
Amaranth seeds (optional)
Beet powder (optional)
Blend Nestlé® Fitnesse® Granola oats & Honey until it is reduced to powder. Add the almond purée, coarsely chopped dates, honey and 3-4 tablespoons of water. Mix again with a blender. You should be left with a sticky paste. If the preparation is too dry, add some water.
Mix in the chia seeds to the preparation and some nuts for a crunchy texture.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls of about 2cm and roll them in the selected toppings.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before tasting.
Nestlé Fitnesse Granola Oats Cheesecake
120g Nestlé® Fitnesse® Granola Oats, Cranberry & Pumpkin seeds 80g Dates 2 tbsp of Water 300g Cashew Nuts (Soaked in water overnight) ½ Banana 3 tbsp of Milk 3 tbsp of Syrup 1 Lemon 1 cup of Fresh Blackberries
In a blender, mix the granola, dates and water to form a paste. Add a little bit of extra water if necessary. Place the dough in the bottom of your mold to form the base of your cheesecake.
Rinse and drain cashew nuts and mix them with the banana, milk, agave syrup and lemon juice. Mix until you get a creamy, lump-free mixture.
Pour half of the mixture over the base of your cheesecake.
Add the blackberries and then pour the rest of the mixture over the blackberries.
Freeze for at least 1 hour. Remove the cheesecake from the mold and cut into portions.
Store in the refrigerator for a few days, or put back in the freezer to be consumed within 2 months.

30g Nestlé® Fitnesse® Granola Oats, Cranberry & Pumpkin seeds 1 Banana ½ Avocado 80ml Milk 3 Big Ice Cubes 2 tsp Cocoa Powder A few slices of banana (optional) 1 tsp Peanut Butter (optional) Coconut shavings (optional) Chocolate shavings (optional)
Mix the banana, the avocado, the milk, the cocoa powder and the ice cubes in a blender.
Pour into bowls and add some Nestlé® FITNESSE® Granola Oats, Cranberry & Pumpkin seeds
