  • 1 teaspoon Mix herbs
  • 1 string Curry leave
  • 2 nos Onion, blended
  • 10g Ginger, blended
  • 2 nos Fresh chili, blended

B

  • 3 tablespoons Coriander powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fennel powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoons Chili powder
  • 500g Ikan tenggiri, cleaned and washed
  • 3 nos Okra
  • 2 nos Tomato, cut into wedges

C

  • 30g Tamarind, mix with
  • 100ml Water
  • 400ml Water
  • 1/2 cup NESTLÉ® Natural Set Yogurt
  • 2 cubes MAGGI® IKAN BILIS CUBE

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pot, mix ingredients A and B, except the fish. Stir fry until oil separated and fragrant.
  2. Add in ingredient C and ikan tenggiri, let it boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Serve while hot.
